Am I Married To An Illegal?

Randy Banks, where are your papers? Yesterday, Duke Energy called Randy and told him that he has to bring in papers to show his proof of "citizenship". They said when they hired him in 12 years ago, they forgot to ask him for the legal documents needed for proof of citizenship.

He called me cracking up. I said, "Hey Paco, you better get to looking for that Green Card. I can't believe after all these years they are asking for it. The only thing we can figure is they must be getting audited.

It's just so funny because he's been called a Mexican for as long as I've known him. One day at a baby shower for Tangi, Sherry Sestic said to me, "So which part of Mexico is Randy from?" She was as serious as can be. She had no idea he was truly an "Addystonian" and lived in Ohio his entire life.

that is funny. if Randy can't find the papers is he going to move back to mexico? are you and olivia going to stay here or move there? just curious.

I think this whole Addyston thing is a cover up. He is Mexican isn't he?

I remember as a kid I was afraid to go to Addyston. I remember going to the VFW with my parents but Addyston wasn't a place I would ever go to alone.
I remember that there was always a Nativity scene at Christmas time out near the highway between the VFW and Monsanto. My mom and my dads aunt had a small plaster shop in Addyston for a short time. I think it was just down the street from the hardware store.
If Randy needs us to sponser him so he can stay in the U.S. let us know!( Oh, you were kidding!)

That's funny. I don't think Addyston was any worse than Cleves it just was smaller.

Bedroom Progress!

Well, today I moved back into my bedroom. It's been a long 2 months of sleeping in the living room, but now that I see the finished results, I'm thrilled. Randy is so good it's amazing. I love my new ceiling fan! Here are some shots of my bedding and the wall. I love it. We don't have our furniture back in yet, I'm hoping Randy will let me buy new bedroom furniture, but we have to sell ours first. The bathroom and closet will be next. Well, technically the closet is completely finished, but we still have a few things to do in the bathroom. I'll keep you posted when we finish those areas. I'm just thrilled to be able to sleep in my bedroom again! Yeah! Go Randy!
