You know the funny thing about Home Improvement Stores? They have everything you need to do your own home repairs but they just can't seem to find the employees to sell it to you! I have spent many an hour in a hardware store and I can tell you first hand, the employees there don't know much!

We did meet a man today that, oddly enough, was extremely helpful. Then I found out after spending at least an hour with him looking for flooring for my bedroom/closet that flooring wasn't even his department. I was impressed with his helpfulness.

This is such a tough choice, do we do hardwood in the closet and carpet in the bedroom? Or carpet in both? Or hardwood in both? What to do? What to do? Carpet is much cheaper, but I love hardwood......mmmmm.

We went to see two kids movies over spring break. Curious George and The Wild. Curious George was so adorable. The Wild reminded me too much of Madagascar! I almost fell asleep! I want to see Ice Age 2 and RV. Those look good.

Hardwood in both. What's the point of just doing it in the closet where no one will see the awesomness?? You'll regret it if you don't go for what you want. Don't tell Randy I said that, he'll beat me up.

Bedroom Progress!

Well, today I moved back into my bedroom. It's been a long 2 months of sleeping in the living room, but now that I see the finished results, I'm thrilled. Randy is so good it's amazing. I love my new ceiling fan! Here are some shots of my bedding and the wall. I love it. We don't have our furniture back in yet, I'm hoping Randy will let me buy new bedroom furniture, but we have to sell ours first. The bathroom and closet will be next. Well, technically the closet is completely finished, but we still have a few things to do in the bathroom. I'll keep you posted when we finish those areas. I'm just thrilled to be able to sleep in my bedroom again! Yeah! Go Randy!

What God Has Joined Together.....

Today is our 15th Anniversary I can't believe it's been 15 years since I said "I DO", but the road has been one of the best roads that I've ever been on. Randy and I only have God to thank for everything. We are nothing without Christ! I pray that the next 15 years will only deepen our love for each other and our commitment to following Christ's example. On a side note, I am thinking that my crown in heaven is going to be HUGE for living with Randy so long, don't you think??
